Custom circulation desk and lights.

The circulation desk for the university library was designed while working at Phillips Architecture. Krion, a solid surface material, was selected due to its highly desirable properties.

The pendant lights are custom designed cantilevers, and lights inside the desk illuminate the custom gradient 3form panels which permit the desk to glow and have presence. Custom cabinetry provides shelving and storage, and the color palette for the accent walls was selected to compliment the existing artwork and the university’s overall color aesthetic.
